Privacy policy

This site is run by the Worthy Products team, Karaikal, Puducherry, India ("we"), writing under the pen name Arjun Rao. This notice explains what personal data we handle and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect and why

• Emails you send us: your name, email address and message, used only to reply and to fix errors you report.
• Server and security logs: our host and CDN (Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver the site and block abuse.
• Analytics (if enabled): aggregate, privacy-friendly statistics such as pages viewed, device type and country, used to see which guides are useful. We do not use analytics to identify you.

We do not sell personal data, do not ask you to create an account and do not knowingly collect data from children.

Cookies and affiliate links

We are an Amazon Associate. When you click a link to Amazon.in, Amazon may set cookies to credit the referral; Amazon's handling is covered by the Amazon.in Privacy Notice. If we enable Google AdSense, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. Logs are kept for as long as our host retains them for security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you, by emailing worthyproducts100@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Links to retailers take you to sites with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
